Never Ever Again - Save Yourself, Don't use their services!!

I booked valet parking with Euroland for 8 days. When i returned back I took my car keys and drove back home. So far so good. I was traveling with my one year old son and with lots of baggage so I did not check carefully the state of my car. Next morning I realised that my car has been quite badly scratched at two places while it was at Euroland parking!!!.. I was really angry. I took the pictures of the damage and sent a mail across to Euroland Parking. I got a response from someone called Gordon saying that since they took the delivery of my car in the night, they are not sure and will need to investigate and come back to me...

That was the last mail i received 4 days ago and since then I am sending them a reminder every day to get back to me but not even a single response has come back yet! I am not sure where they did park my car all these days and whether I should be happy that atleast I got my car back!. If euroland was a professional company it would admit that the car was scratched when it was parked with them and offer to repair or pay for damages... But I am sure they are not a bunch of professional people and do not even care to reply to the repeated emails.

Too bad I did not read other user reviews on TROS before making a reservation with them. But if you are reading this, my suggestion will be not to use their services and save yourself the misery.
